On July 1, 2012, a new function was added to the FASTER/SPEEDE postsecondary transcript application process. Finalized documents which describe the FASTER component of the new Financial Aid Transient Student process are available for you to view. After you read the FASTER instructions and attachments, please contact the FASTER staff FSTR@fldoe.org with any questions, comments or concerns about the changes that were made. SPEEDE instructions are also available which outline the requirements for our postsecondary SPEEDE customers.
